I just love this little girl so much! And I want to remember everything about this time with her, so here are some of my favorite moments and memories from this past month 🙂
-The two weeks straight that Hazel slept through the entire night.
-Followed by the two weeks (and counting) that Hazel has decided to wake up in the middle of the night and have a party in her crib. She just lays in her crib making all sorts of happy sounds until mean ol’ mom comes in an makes her go back to sleep.
-She thinks she needs to help hold her bottle but always ends up pushing it out of her mouth instead and, then she gets upset that she pushed the bottle out of her mouth.
-She loves to squeal and scream when we kiss her neck or belly.
-She started giggling and it’s our favorite sounds ever! She giggles more for Cody, but I can get giggles out of her sometimes too.
-She learned how to stick her tongue out and blow bubbles…is it called “blowing raspberries”?
-When she doesn’t want to drink anymore from her bottle, she sticks her tongue out and blows bubbles with her milk.
-She loves her crinkly baby paper. She shoves it in her mouth and does happy screams. Then when the baby paper falls where she can’t reach it, she starts crying until we hand it back to her, then she’s happy again.
-When we pull Hazel up into a standing position, she gets the biggest smile on her face likes she thinks she’s such a big girl and is so proud of herself.
-We’ve been practicing rolling over and she’s getting so close to doing it on her own.
– Grandma babysitting Hazel so Cody and I could go on our first date night since she was born.
-Getting harness free days. She absolutely loves her harness free time and cries when we have to put it on her for naps and night.
-She has started grunting when she poops and the faces she makes are so funny!
-When I hold her for her morning nap and she wakes up, looks at me, and then rubs her head on my chest and falls back to sleep. It’s just so cute!
