Ugh, loosing baby weight sucks, you guys! I feel like I have an extra 10 layers of fat and flab on my stomach that just won’t go away. And it probably doesn’t help that I had a c-section so my stomach muscles are basically destroyed now. My goal is to loose my belly fat by swimsuit season…I’m not sure exactly how much weight I have to go until I’m back to my pre-pregnancy weight because I don’t have a scale at home and haven’t weighed myself since my doctors appointment in November, but I just go by how I look and how my clothes fit. Anyways, it’s hard to exercise with a baby so Hazel and I have been doing a mommy and me workout. It’s fun for her and a workout for me 🙂 Above are the mommy and me exercises we do together. If you don’t have a baby or want to do your workout while your baby naps, you can use a weight instead of a baby. Hazel and I also go for a 30-45 minutes walk (I’m not a runner because of my bad feet and knees) every day. We have a lot of hills in our neighborhood so it’s a pretty good exercise for me. Also, do you like how I’m doing girl push-ups instead of regular push-ups? I’m such a weakling! Ha! I’m probably not doing the proper form on some of these exercises but whatever, at least I’m trying 😉
