Cardboard Picture Frame Craft

SUPPLIES NEEDED:

Cardboard

Scissors

Glue

Dried Flowers

Hole Puncher

Twine

The girls are giving this adorable diy picture frame to Grandma and Grandpa for Valentine’s. We came up with this craft because Hazel asked to do a craft. I asked her what kind of craft she wanted to make and she said a picture frame craft. I offered popsicles to use as the frame, but she chose cardboard instead, and I think it turned out sooooo cute! (The frame pictured is actually the one 2-year-old Iris made).

Step 1: Cut cardboard into a frame shape. I let the girls choose their shape. Hazel chose oval for her frame and Iris chose a rectangle.

Step 2: Let your child glue the dried leaves on.

Step 3: Print a picture and  tape it to the back.

Step 4: Use the hole punch to loop the twine through to hang it.

XO, Kacie
