So, Cody and I sold our house. Yes, the one we bought just one year ago. I know, we’re crazy and can’t make up our minds about where we want to live. This makes 5 towns in two years. But now we know what we want…I think 🙂 Anyways, we’ve been busy packing and getting all the documents in order to sell, plus starting to look for new places to buy. Let me say, it has been stressful and tiring, and I’ve been in need of a vacation. I even strained my hand muscles lifting heavy boxes (well, heavy to me, light to Cody), and I got a huge bruise on the back of my leg. Needless to say, I was in desperate need to take a break from packing to relax.

While we didn’t have time to go on a sun-filled vacation to the beach, I was bound and determined to bring the sun-filled vacation to our house. It was time for a stay-cation! Our bedroom was my favorite room in our house, so it was nice to get to have a relaxing afternoon lounging in my favorite place as my final farewell to our home. With some fresh fruit, a tropical smoothie, and a magazine, it felt exactly like I was laying on the beaches of Hawaii (I’ve never been to Hawaii but I’m pretty sure this is what it’s like 😉 ). I even got a tan on my stay-cation! I’ve been using Jergens® Natural Glow® products each spring/summer for the past ten years to help me get a tan, and I love the products so much. The new Jergens® Natural Glow® Sunless Tanning Collection is uh-mazing! (I used the collection before taking pictures for the swimsuit post I did last month). I’m always a little nervous to use instant tanning products, but the Jergens® Natural Glow® Color Primer In-Shower Scrub prepped my skin making the Jergens® Natural Glow® Instant Sun Sunless Tanning Mousse go on so evenly. And of course, I used the Jergens® Natural Glow® Tan Extender Daily Moisturizer to make my stay-cation tan last all week. With no expensive flights or long travel times, I think I’ll be having stay-cations more often 🙂
