I remember when Hazel was just a few hours old and my father-in-law looked at me and said “you look tired”. I wanted to reply “Duh! I only got two hours of sleep last night because I just had a baby!” But instead I just smiled and said “Do I? I feel pretty good.” Two years, plus another baby later, and I’m officially tired. Ha! Or at least that’s what my under eyes would tell you. I’ve gotten pretty used to less sleep, so I don’t feel super tired, but these dark circles under my eyes are my give away. Luckily, I’ve found a product that has really improved my dark circles, and the best part is, it’s a drugstore product…you can get it at CVS!

Olay has always been my favorite drugstore brand. Olay was actually the first beauty brand I ever used. My mom has always used Olay products and she has passed down the love for Olay to me. So when I saw the new Olay Eyes Brightening Eye Cream, I knew I needed to try it. And just like with all Olay products, I love it! The reason I love it for my under eyes is because it both hydrates and brightens. It instantly gave my skin some hydration, and it kept my under eye area hydrated throughout the day which is something I always look for in an eye cream because I don’t want my concealer to look too cakey or crease. Plus overtime, the moisturizing effects smooths fine lines and wrinkles. It has ingredients that immediately brighten your under eye, as well as Vitamin C and Vitamin B3 which help to brighten and improve skin discoloration over time. I started noticing an improvement in my dark circles right away, and they’ve continued to fade. I also like that the formula of it is really light so it doesn’t feel greasy. Overall, it’s the best eye cream I’ve found.

So if you’re in the majority of women who struggle with dark circles like me, whether it be from genetics, lack of sleep, stress, etc., pick up the Olay Eyes Brightening Eye cream next time you’re at CVS, and thank me later. 🙂

XO, Kacie
